Positions are open for Machine CNC & VMC Assembly, Operator, and Quality roles at their plant in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Qualification Requirements

  1. Eligible Trades: ITI (All Trades accepted)
  2. Ineligible Trades: COPA, Plumber, and Sewing are not required/eligible.
  3. Salary & Stipend Breakdown (In-Hand)
  4. Basic Stipend : ₹14,300/-
  5. DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) : ₹1,500/-
  6. Attendance Award : ₹500/-
  7. Overtime (1.5 Hrs/Day @ ₹119/hr) : ₹4,600/-
  8. Total Earning Opportunity : ₹20,900/- Approx. (for 10 Hours daily)
  9. Work Schedule & Facilities
  10. Shift Timing: 10 Hours (Rotational)
  11. Weekly Off: Sundays and all National Holidays
  12. Leaves: As per company policy
  13. Overtime Rate: ₹119/- Per Hour (1.5 Hours daily)
  14. Medical Benefits: Medical WC Policy provided
  15. Food & Refreshments: Subsidized Meals (₹21 deduction; includes 2 Meals + 2 Teas covering Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
  16. Safety Gear: Safety shoes provided
  17. Accommodation: PG available on a sharing basis (Room rent approx. ₹1,200 to ₹1,500/- per person, self-arranged)
